Refund & Return Policy – AlyTrendStore

   At AlyTrendStore, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied, here’s how our return and refund process works:

🕒 Return Window

   You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (if applicable).

Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice).

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

Customized or made-to-order products

Personal hygiene  items, or if the packaging has been opened.

💸 Return Costs

    Returns are free of charge only for defective or incorrectly delivered items.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

🔁 Refunds

   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days via the original payment method.
