Return & Refund Policy – AlyTrend Studio

At AlyTrend Studio, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade resin products. Each item is uniquely made by hand, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. As all our products are handmade to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind on personalised or custom items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@trendalyx.com with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: if your item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping will be covered by AlyTrend Studio.
