**Refund & Return Policy**

**1. Return Period**

We offer a **30-day return policy** for orders shipped to the **United Kingdom*, including products fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

For orders shipped to other **European Union countries**, you have the legal right to return your order within 14 days** of receiving it, as per EU consumer protection laws.


Termen Conditions**

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

* You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain product categories (e.g. beauty, personal care, customized or perishable items) may be **non-returnable** for hygiene or safety reasons.

Returns must be approved by our support team before sending any item back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).


**4. Return Shipping Costs**

* If the item is incorrect, damaged or defective — return shipping is **free**.

* If the return is due to a change of mind or any other non-defective reason — the **customer is responsible** for return shipping.


*Note: For certain products (e.g. Home & Garden), return shipping may be higher due to weight/size.*


**5. “Not As Expected” Returns (UK & AE Only)**

Due to recent policy updates, **"Not As Expected" returns for Home & Garden items are no longer accepted** in the **UK and UAE**, unless the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.


**6. Refunds**

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within **10 business days**.

**7. Exchanges**

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
